1/3 cup sugar for caramel
3 eggs
1 can 14-oz coconut milk
1 can 14-oz condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
In a small sauce pan over medium-low heat, melt the sugar until it caramelizes then pour into the baking pan make sure it covers the bottom.
Mix eggs, milk and vanilla then pour into the pan. Bake in a water bath at 325F for about hour.
