Puto Maya

4 cups sweet/glutinous rice
1 can coconut cream
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh ground ginger

Soak rice for at least 2 hours or until soft.  Steam rice for about 30 minutes until cooked.

Boil coconut cream, sugar, salt and ginger for about 20 minutes then mix in the steamed rice.
